What do I do if I have lost my tickets?

You must contact the box office by email or phone to have a new copy of your tickets issued. It is also possible to access your tickets by logginf into your Cogeco Amphitheatre customer account.

Can I exchance or refund my tickets once they have been purchased?

Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. This is even if the ticket has not been used by the costumer

Please also note that tickets are non-refundable, even if the event schedule changes after purchase.

At what age should I buy a ticket for my child?

Please also note that tickets are non-refundable, even if the event schedule changes after purchase. Everyone must have a ticket to attend a performance.

A child under the age of two, if sitting on the lap of the accompanying adult, is admitted free of charge to all shows presented at the Cogeco Amphitheatre, unless the show producer decides otherwise. It is important to have identification for the child to prove he/she is under the age of two or the minimum age required.

Why do we sometimes find better tickets available after making a purchase?

It is possible that while you are making a purchase, another customer may have tickets on their screen, but decide not to purchase them. Thus, those tickets will become available. Or, the event production may have decided to release tickets they were holding for themselves or for the artist.

What is the service fee for?

A servie fee is payable with the purchase of tickets to a performance and is included in the price of the ticket. They are used to cover the operating costs of the box office as well as the purchase and maintenance of computer infrastructure.
